A personal note:

Last year I was off work for a little over three weeks dealing with depression. For most of that time I really didn’t know whether or not I would be able to return to my position as an advisor of persons with developmental disability in a group home, which was a devastating thought for me, as I am now in the category of “older worker.”  But with help from my physician and a cognitive therapist, I did return.  Better thoughts prevailed.
