a personal appeal for help

I would be curious if someone would have any insight into this kind of appeal. If you do, please leave a comment. Here’s the appeal, as well as an email in which Yevgheniy, upon my request elaborated on his situation.(Also, for the record, if I begin to be inundated with appeals, I will not be publishing them. But I have not been inundated so far, and Yevheniy Marchenko’s situation is dire and worth, I believe, considering for response.)
